Dehradun: As a Health and Hygiene Sponsor of the 38th National Games, P-Safe has started a special initiative for women athletes. The organization has launched a community known as “Power Queen” to empower and inspire female athletes to continue playing during their periods.
Through this campaign, P-Safe aims to promote women’s health and hygiene. During this initiative, athletes registering for the Power Queen campaign will receive Power Queen badges, pop sockets, key rings, and biodegradable sanitary pads as goodies. The biodegradable menstrual care products in the women’s athletes’ welcome kits will also be provided.
P-Safe’s initiative throughout the games has won much appreciation from the participating female athletes. This shows that it is a considerable step toward strengthening women’s health, hygiene, and confidence in sports.
