Intellectual Property Rights 2-days workshop by PHDCCI at Dehradun.

Dehradun: PHDCCI with support of the Office of the Development Commissioner (MSME), Ministry of MSME, Government of India is organizing National Level IP Yatra Programme (2-days workshop) on Intellectual Property Rights on 26th & 27th February, 2026 at Dehradun.

The objective of the programme is to provide handholding and expert guidance to MSMEs in registering their IPRs, while offering a local platform to showcase their innovation and creativity. It seeks to enhance IP filings, strengthen the IP ecosystem, and promote a culture of innovation by connecting MSMEs with the Intellectual Property Facilitation Centres (IPFCs) set up by the Ministry of MSME, Government of India.

The workshop will also focus on the MSME Support for Commercialization of IP (SCIP) Programme which will focus on empowering MSMEs to commercialize their intellectual property through financial assistance, expert guidance, and support in turning their innovations into tangible economic value.

The programme would be attended by the MSMEs of Uttarakhand, prospective entrepreneurs and innovators, start-ups, enforcement agencies, IP professionals and officials from legal fraternity, esteemed dignitaries from the industry, and academicians and students interested in technology & IP law.
