Dehradun: The new executive committee of the Dehradun Branch of the Central India Regional Council (CIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has been announced. Ankit Gupta has been elected as the president, while Arvind Singh Rawat has been elected as the Secretary. Furthermore, Jasmeet Singh Chaudhary has taken charge as Vice-president and Pranay Seth as Treasurer.
In addition, Saheb Anand has been appointed as the president of the Chartered Accountants Students’ Association (CICASA). Parimal Patet has been nominated as a member of the Executive Committee.
Expressing his gratitude to all members, the newly elected president, Ankit Gupta, said that the new executive body is committed to promoting professional excellence, conducting continuous learning programmes, and safeguarding the interests of the members. He further mentioned that the branch’s activities would be given a new direction through transparency, collective leadership, and innovation.
He informed that in the upcoming session, technical seminars and workshops on subjects such as GST, Income Tax, and Corporate Law will be organised. Additionally, guidance sessions for CA students and programmes related to social causes are also proposed. He has sought the cooperation and active participation of all members.
