Dehradun: The government has changed the responsibilities of 18 bureaucrats including 13 IAS and three PCS officers. According to the order issued by the Department of Personnel and Vigilance, the charge of Managing Director of Uttarakhand Transport Corporation has been removed from Additional Secretary Anand Srivastava and given to Additional Secretary Reena Joshi. Some bureaucrats have been relieved and the charge of some has been increased.
Principal Secretary L Fanai has been removed from the post of Chairman of Minority Welfare and Waqf Development Corporation. Additional Secretary Ranveer Singh has been relieved from Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Drinking Water, Director General Agriculture and Horticulture. IAS Udayraj has been removed from Sugarcane Sugar and Uttarakhand Sugar Federation and made its Managing Director.
Additional Secretary Dhiraj Singh Gabriyal has been removed from the post of Village Development, Commissioner Rural Development. He has been made Additional Secretary Minority Welfare, Chairman of Minority Welfare and Waqf Development Corporation. Additional Secretary Anand Swaroop has been relieved from the charge of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. He has been given the responsibility of Planning. Additional Secretary Vijay Kumar Jogdande has been given the responsibility of Revenue free from Planning. Additional Secretary Irrigation and Minor Irrigation has been removed from Reena Joshi.
Smart City removed from Sonika, given to Savin Bansal.
The government has removed the charge of CEO of Smart City from Additional Secretary Sonika in the government. Now this responsibility will be looked after by Dehradun DM, Savin Bansal.
The charge of Mela Officer of Haridwar has been given to District Magistrate Karmendra Singh. Till now this responsibility was with Additional Secretary Dhiraj Singh Gabriyal. The Personnel and Vigilance Department has relieved Secretary Vinod Kumar Suman from the Finance Department. He has been given the responsibility of General Administration and Protocol. Both these departments were with Secretary Deependra Chaudhary.
Manuj Goyal has been made Additional Secretary Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. Anuradha Pal has been made Additional Secretary Gram Vikas Aayukt and Commissioner Rural Development. Additional Secretary Gaurav Kumar has been given the responsibility of Social Welfare Department. Additional charge of Secretary RERA and Secretary Real Estate Appellate Tribunal has been removed from Apoorva Pandey, she has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary Home. Abhinav Shah has been removed from the post of Director of Herbal Development and Research Institute.
Mohan Singh becomes Secretary of MDDA:
PCS Elagiri has been removed from ADM Pauri Garhwal, he has been given additional charge of Secretary RERA and Secretary Real Estate Appellate Tribunal Dehradun. Mohan Singh Barniya has been given the responsibility of Secretary MDDA. Prescribed Authority State Property Department has been removed from Dinesh Pratap Singh. Revenue and Child Protection Commission has been removed from Additional Secretary of Secretariat Service Pradeep Singh Rawat. Pradeep Joshi has been given additional charge of Additional Secretary Culture and Religious Affairs, Secretary Uttarakhand Medical Service Selection Board.
